Cancellation Policy

Fair and flexible cancellation terms for all reservations

Standard Cancellation Terms

• 48-hour notice required: Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for full refund
• 24-48 hour window: 50% refund of total reservation cost
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but may reschedule within 30 days
• No-show policy: Full charge applied, no refund available
• Deposit requirements: 50% deposit required to secure reservation

Weather-Related Cancellations

• Severe weather: Full refund for official weather warnings
• Road closures: Full refund for government-mandated closures
• Park closures: Full refund plus priority rebooking
• Power outages: Partial refund for outages exceeding 24 hours

Extended Stay Cancellations

• Weekly stays: 72-hour cancellation notice required
• Monthly stays: 7-day cancellation notice required
• Seasonal stays: 14-day cancellation notice required
• Early departure: No refund for unused nights

Important:

Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) require 72-hour cancellation notice. Peak season rates may apply different cancellation terms.

Pet Policy

Welcome your furry family members with responsible pet ownership

Pet Welcome Guidelines

• Pet fee: $5 per pet per night
• Maximum pets: 2 pets per site
• Pet registration: Required at check-in with vaccination records
• Breed restrictions: None - all well-behaved pets welcome
• Weight limit: No restrictions

Pet Conduct Requirements

• Leash policy: Pets must be leashed at all times except in designated dog park
• Waste cleanup: Owners must immediately clean up after pets
• Noise control: Excessive barking not permitted (quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM)
• Aggressive behavior: Aggressive pets must be removed immediately
• Unattended pets: Not permitted in RVs or on sites

Pet Amenities & Services

• Off-leash dog park: Fenced area with agility equipment
• Waste stations: Located throughout the park
• Pet washing station: Available near restroom facilities
• Walking trails: Pet-friendly hiking trails nearby
• Local vet info: Emergency veterinary contacts provided

Required Documentation

Important:

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Failure to comply with pet policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (late check-in $25 fee)
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM sharp
• Early check-in: Available after 1:00 PM (subject to availability)
• Late check-out: Until 1:00 PM ($25 fee)
• Registration: All adults must register and show ID

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily
• Generator use: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM only
• Music/TV: Must not be audible at neighboring sites
• Campfire hours: Until 10:00 PM (fires must be attended)
• Fireworks: Not permitted at any time

Vehicle & Site Policies

• Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout park
• Parking: On designated pads only
• Maximum occupancy: 8 people per site
• Additional vehicles: $10 per vehicle per night
• Site modifications: Not permitted without approval

Safety & Security

• Children supervision: Must be supervised at all times
• Swimming pool: No lifeguard on duty - swim at own risk
• Alcohol policy: Permitted on individual sites only
• Smoking policy: Prohibited in all buildings and near propane
• Visitor registration: All visitors must register at office

Prohibited Items & Activities

• Weapons: Firearms prohibited (except legally carried concealed)
• Glass containers: Not permitted in pool area
• ATVs/motorcycles: Not permitted for recreational use in park
• Soliciting: Commercial solicitation prohibited
• Drone operation: Requires written permission

Enforcement:

Violation of park rules may result in verbal warning, written warning, or immediate eviction without refund. Repeated violations will result in permanent ban from the property.
